Caramelized Chicken

The other night I was scrolling through my pins on Pinterest for a really quick and simple dish I could make with the limited ingredients I had available in my kitchen (honestly, I was just trying to procrastinate going to the grocery store). Since I had a few chicken breasts available, I decided to try a caramelized chicken recipe that was posted by Haiyens Kitchen.

Mongolian Beef

So I'm a pretty big fan of P.F. Chang's, but it's a bit on the pricey side to go to on a regular basis. Then, while browsing Pinterest one day, I came across what seemed to be a fairly easy recipe for a copycat P.F. Chang's Mongolian Beef from Damn Delicious' Blog. I decided to go on and give it a try the other night for dinner, per my boyfriend's request.

This is just a test for me to see how everything looks while i'm setting up.
